• You must be at least 18 years old. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded.
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information — your real name, active phone number, and complete delivery address.
• Placing fraudulent orders using fake information, someone else’s identity, or a false address is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Bangladeshi law.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are the owner of the payment method used (bKash/Nagad account, bank card, or cash for COD).

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on mastoorbd.com are physical goods — we do not sell digital products, subscriptions, or services. Pricing and product display follow these rules:

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Delivery charges (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka) are calculated separately and clearly shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
• We make every effort to display accurate product colors and images, but monitor settings and lighting may cause slight variations between the website photo and the physical product.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid payment-related issues:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your product. Please have the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.
• Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad): Send payments only to our official merchant numbers displayed on the checkout page. We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong numbers or personal accounts.
• Bank Transfer: Available for bulk or wholesale orders only. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partners (Steadfast, Pathao, and RedX). Standard delivery timelines are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days from order confirmation.
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
• Delivery times may extend during Eid, Ramadan, and major public holidays due to high courier volume.

We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, courier company issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If a parcel returns to us due to “Customer Unreachable,” “Wrong Address,” or “Refused at Door,” the customer must pay the re-shipping cost before we dispatch the parcel again.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped with a full refund. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible — you will need to receive the parcel and then initiate a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on mastoorbd.com — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and the Mastoor brand name — is the property of Mastoor and protected under Bangladeshi copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our product images for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mastoor’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum obligation in any case is to either replace the defective product or refund the purchase price — at the customer’s choice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or from an order placed on mastoorbd.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
